When to File First Appeal
  • No response received within 30 days
  • Incomplete or evasive response
  • Wrong exemption claimed under Section 8
  • Unreasonable delay or additional fee charged
  • Application wrongly rejected
Time Limit

First Appeal must be filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of response or expiry of 30-day limit.
